ZGQXJ-70 type drill pipe cleaner is a special equipment for cleaning the inner and outer walls of old drill pipes in oil field, which is mainly used for cleaning the filths (such as oil stain, free rust and cement) attached on the drill pipe. Its inner wall is cleaned by means of high pressure water jet spraying, and its outer wall is cleaned by means of high pressure water spraying and scrubbed by the steel brush at the same time. This cleaner has the reliable performance of cleaning drill pipe and even spray cleaning; After cleaning, its original metal surface is visible. As a result, it is an ideal product for cleaning the filths attached on drill pipe.

III. Main features (key technology)

1. Adopt hydraulic booster pump, with low noise, large displacement and long service life.

5. Adopt the clamping drill pipe rotation forward mechanism, and simultaneously make spray cleaning and scrubbing, so that the spray cleaning is even and reliable, and the original metal surface is visible after cleaning.
