QXCJ series tubing high pressure water cleaners are special equipments for cleaning the inner and outer walls of the old oil casings and drill pipes in oil field and for de-rusting the inner and outer walls, which are mainly used for cleaning the oil stains of tubing as well as the attached free rust. The outer wall is cleaned by means of water spray cleaning and scrubbed by the steel brush at the same time. In the process of cleaning, the clamping jaw clamps the tubing to rotate and move forward; After cleaning to the tail end of tubing, rotate the tubing again and move back; When it reaches the initial position stop cleaning, the clamping jaw loosens the tubing and returns to the original position, and the discharging mechanism discharges the tubing. This cleaner has the reliable performance of cleaning tubing and even spray cleaning; After cleaning, the original metal surface of outer wall is visible.
