I. Overview

XQJ-50 type oil-well pump packet cleaner is mainly used for cleaning the various small work pieces for oil-well pump, and the complete cleaner is designed as box type structure. The motor drives the worm speed reducer and then drives the feeding device that are soaked in the hot water with rinsing agent and equipped with the small work pieces for oil-well pump to swing up and down. After cleaning, the discharging device discharges the feeding device for drying, and then uses the crane to carry away the work pieces for assembly.

This cleaner is featured by simple, safe and reliable operation and thorough cleaning and has such advantages as automatic oil stain removal, automatic temperature control and automatic safety protection. As a result, it is an ideal product for cleaning packet work pieces.
