I. Main applications

GCXJ series tubing derusting machines are specialized equipment designed to remove rust on external walls of solid cylinders such as steel tube and drill pipe, which are mainly designed to clean the rust attached on the tubing. The external wall of tubing is cleaned by using steel brush rotating at high speed. In the process of cleaning, use clamping jaws to clamp the tubing to rotate and move forward; After cleaning to the tail end of tubing, rotate and move backward; after arriving at the initial position, it stop, the clamping jaws loosen and return to the original position; use material discharging mechanism to discharge the tubing. This machine has reliable and even performance in cleaning tubing. After cleaning, the original metal surface of external wall is still visible. This machine is an ideal product used to remove the rust and filthy matter attached on the tubing.
