I. Introduction of performance:

In addition to possessing the characteristic of electromechanical integration of ZYNJ Series screw-on machine, this series screw-on machine mainly adopts imported PLC as lower computer-based automatic control, adopts industrial embedded type LCD touch screen as host computer-based real-time display and control system. It can display the make-up and break-out state with animation, set up torque according to API standard and make real-time display and control of torque. After reaching the preset torque, the main back-up tong automatically releases and stops rotation. To detect torque, this machine does not adopt pressure transducer and so-called torquemeter to detect torque through unnecessary and inaccurate calculation, but adopts high-precision torque sensor to directly detect the torque value generated at the time of workpiece revolution and make-up and break-out, and transmit the detected torque value to PLC to realize real-time control. No matter how does the machine perform gearshift or whether the adopted motor torque is accurate, this machine can reliably guarantee the precision and accuracy of torque control and detection (This machine is a patented product of our factory; patent number is 012655090)

This machine adopts planetary gear transmission and star self-centering clamping mechanism, and has two specifications, namely high-low four speed gear shift and two speed gear shift. With big clamping range, it can clamp work piece at will within the applicable diameter range, without need for replacement of thick slip. Since integrated structure is adopted, complicated pipeline and electric wire connections are not needed at the time of use, and it can perform normal operation so long as it is filled up with hydraulic oil and is connected with power supply. Low-noise environmental-friendly pump is adopted as hydraulic feed system, it generates small noise and reduces environmental pollution. This machine is a modern ideal product for disassembly and assembly of some cylindrical thread connectors.
