I. Applications and features: 
This series screw-on machine without clamp mark is the renewal product for die clamping type screw-on machine. At present, all the screw-on machines produced by domestic manufacturers use die for clamping pipe body, coupling, rotating, make-up and break-out of pipe thread, and improved products just adopt fin thread or address the problem of back-up tong without clamp mark. However, since butt clamp is adopted, pipe body is subject to deformation and thus present elliptic shape, and there are clamp marks on the positions clamped by the main tong, it is necessary to repair dog mark. Such machine may be used in some units having relatively low requirement at home. However, in foreign countries, external surfaces of new oil pipe, new casing and oil-well pump are not allowed to have clamp mark.
Our factory has developed WHNJ¡ªseries screw-on machine without clamp mark according to market demand. In addition to possessing the main features of electromechanical integration of ZYNJ¡ª series screw-on machine, this series screw-on machine mainly adopts multiple clamping slip arc surfaces for clamping pipe body and for coupling, rotating, make-up and break-out of pipe thread. At the time of clamping, pipe body is not subject to deformation, and clamping slip has long performance life. When using this machine for make-up, breakout and coupling for oil pipe and oil-well pump, the pipe body and coupling absolutely have no clamp mark. Featuring compact structure and reliable performance, this machine is a new breakthrough in the disassembly and assembly of oil pipe, casing and screw thread of oil-well pump, and is the ideal product for various users of giant oil field.
