I. Overview: 
YGXJ - series tube and rod straightening machine is special equipment for straightening crooked drill pipe, sucker rod and crooked seamless steel pipe, oil pipe and casing. This machine adopts hyperbola multi- skew rolls for rotation driving of work pieces for straightening, and thus can continuously straighten the crooked cylindrical work pieces with end threaded or mounted with coupling. Featuring high straightening speed, high production efficiency, convenient operation, reliable operation. this machine is an ideal equipment for repair crooked oil pipe, casing, sucker rod and drill pipe in oil field.
II. Introduction of structure:
This machine is mainly composed of main machine (consists of chassis, straightening roll, straightening roll inclination adjustment mechanism, roll-separating mechanism and straightening roll screw-down and unthread driving hydraulic cylinder), hydraulic system (consists of motor, hydraulic pump, oil tank, hydraulic manifold block), driver (the first pair and the third pair of straightening rolls act as drive roller, with its driving force being provided by two reducers. They are used to drive two upper straightening rolls, and another pair of straightening rolls are used to drive two lower straightening rolls), transmission device (composed of driving roller, motor and bracket) as well as electric control operating console (mounted with voltage meter, amperemeter, various switches for controlling the straightening operation as well as AC contactor, relay and different kinds of indicating lamps).
Main products : sucker rod straightening machine, oil pipe straightening machine, casing straightening machine and drill pipe straightening machine.
