I. Overview

DGXJ - series point pressure straightening machine is specialized equipment for straightening crooked stem. This machine is designed based on the principle of point-pressure type straightening, and adopts large-tonnage hydraulic oil cylinder to apply point-pressure on the crooked positions of drill pipe for straightening. The point-pressing mechanism can remove and continuously straighten various crooked positions of drill pipe. It is also equipped with pipe rotation mechanism, thus it is featured by high straightening speed, high production efficiency, simple operation, reliable work, and can act as reliable equipment for repairing crooked drill pipe in oil field. )

III. Introduction of structure

This machine is composed of main chassis, hydraulic system, driving device, pipe rotation mechanism, point-pressing mechanism and electric control operating mechanism. Its chassis is designed as swage welded integral frame structure. The frame of main machine is directly mounted on the ground. Both the point-pressing mechanism and hydraulic system are fixed on the travel bogie. V-type cushion block and square cushion block are provided on the upper end of chassis, and can be respectively placed according to physical circumstances. The electric control console set outside the equipment is designed to operate various actions of main machine.
