I. Overview
GSYJ - 000 / 000 - 80D series oil pipe, casing hydrostatic pressure testers adopt advanced unthreaded sealing mode and wedge body-carrying device, featuring reliable sealing and high pressure for pressure test. This machine is mainly applicable to the integral hydrostatic test and detection on oil pipe and casing before new oil pipe and casing used for oil field have left factory and after shop repair of oil pipe.
This series pressure tester mainly adopts imported PLC as lower computer-based full automatic control, industrial control computer as upper computer, adopts man-machine interface, animation display, computer real-time monitoring system, can make real-time display of pressure, time curve and value, accumulate record and save various parameters, search original records and have daily report and monthly report saving and printing functions. At the time of working, after various parameters have been set up according to API standard (such as pipe number, caliber, wall thickness, grade of steel, pressure, date and operator number), by way of driven line and storage shelves, oil pipes automatically enter the equipment to start pressure test. This pressure tester is also provided with two operation modes, namely automatic control and manual control.
II. Main features
1. Adopt radial end face sealing, without causing damage to pipe thread;
2. Slip type clamping back-up tong self-centering, without causing damage to pipe body;
3. Adopt lead screw drive, wedge carrying device and side closed structure, being safe and reliable;
4. Adopt sealing material that is low in price but high in quality, easy in purchasing and long in service life.
5. Can quickly replace end plate bodies with different specifications, with connection points being sealed reliably without leakage.
6. Firstly adopt high-flow rate centrifugal pump to fill water and then pressurize, so that the pressure test is performed quickly.
