I. Overview

GSYJ - 000 / 000 - 00L series tubing pressure testers are special equipments for tubing bulge test, which adopt thread make-up type seal mode, with reliable seal. The tubing pressure tester is used for the withstand pressure after tubing leaving factory and tubing repair as well as the thread leakage detection.

II. Main features

1. Main tong adopts brake-centering device, which will not cause damage to the pipe thread;

2. Back-up tong adopts the oil cylinder drive die clamping, its basal sliding may brake aligning, and its pipe body will not be damaged;

3. Its make-up torque as well as test pressure may be set at will, which is safe and reliable;

4. Adopt low-pressure high volume water injection, and then increase pressure, so as to save time and electric energy;

5. Adopt full-automatic control, with less wearing parts and long service life of equipment;

6. Quick pressure test speed; The average pressure test time of each pipe is 1~3 minutes;

7. Adopt automatic control system to set pressure; after the set pressure valve is reached, it is feasible to automatically maintain pressure and unload;
